Charles Ansley has responsibility for all operations of the company globally since joining the company as CEO in 2002. Charles was no stranger to Symon having served on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Compensation Committee since 1997. Throughout his career, he has served in almost every facet of the broad information services marketplace.
Previously, Charles was President of EDS's Information Solutions U.S., where he was responsible for client relationships, service delivery, client satisfaction, and sales. In addition, he served as President of units at EDS including the Communications Industry Group, Communications Service Line, and Financial Process Management. Before joining EDS he served at the Plano-based DSC Communications as Senior Vice President of Sales and Services for the global telephony equipment manufacturer.
In the mid-90's, Charles was an officer at AT&T, serving as Vice President of Client Services and Marketing where he helped create and found AT&T Solutions, an organization focused on the fast-growing systems integration and network outsourcing marketplace. During his long tenure at IBM, he held successive senior-level roles in general management, sales, marketing, and business development in both IBM and IBM Global Services.
Currently, Charles serves on the Executive Committee of the Digital Signage Association (DSA). He also serves on the Board of the Metroplex Technology Business Council in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and as a member of the Sonic Foundry Advisory Board. He has previously held positions on the boards of: The International Board of Visitors at Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business, UpstreamInfo, United Way of Dallas, Greenhill School of Dallas, and USC's Center for Communications Management. He has also previously served on the Infomart Board of Governors and the Advisory Board for the privately-held QVentures of Fort Worth.
Charles earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management and an MBA in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Mike Cavender is responsible for human resources and benefits for Symon. He also has responsibility for Client Services, which includes Professional Services and Technical Support. Mike also leads Symon's Total Quality Management (TQM) initiative to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.
Mike joined Symon in June 2006, after a long career as an executive at EDS Corporation, where he had responsibilities for HR and a variety of other business functions. These responsibilities included Manager of Human Resources for the U.S., Manager of Benefits Administration in the U.S., Portfolio Executive for Transportation, Alliance Executive over Storage Solutions, Managing Director of HR Outsourcing, PeopleSoft Practice, and a variety of outsourcing sales roles.
Prior to his time at EDS, Mike was President of Dallas Challenge, Inc., a behavioral healthcare firm in the Dallas area. He also spent 13 years in public education as a teacher and a principal.
Mike has a B.A. and Masters from The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Steve was the General Manager of Symon's international office in the UK, with responsibility for sales, marketing, professional services and technical operations.
For more than 15 years, Steve’s sales leadership career has been focused on software solutions in the digital signage, contact center and supply chain markets. Prior to joining Symon, Steve was Vice President of Sales for Support Technologies, Inc., a contact center consulting and outsourcing company based in Atlanta, GA.
Steve lives in Frisco, TX with his wife and son.

Steve Gurley is responsible for all aspects of global marketing, business development and new market development at Symon. He also has operational oversight of Symon’s Creative Content and Subscription Content businesses.
Steve is broadly recognized as an industry expert and thought-leader in convergence of mobile and visual communications technologies. He is a widely published author of numerous papers, articles and blogs on mobility and is a sought-after speaker on the subject.
Prior to joining Symon, Steve spent eight years as the President of Pyrim Technologies, Inc., a provider of business and new market development services focused on helping client companies take advantage of emerging mobile trends and technologies. Previous to Pyrim, Steve was with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), which is now a part of HP, where he held executive positions in business development, new market development and sales with a focus on growing EDS’ business within the wireless and mobile industries throughout the US and Europe.
Mr. Gurley is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and resides in Plano, TX with his wife and two children.
