Symon’s media players reside at the edge of the visual communications network and function as intelligent interfaces between Symon’s content management engine, Symon Enterprise Software, and the electronic displays. Symon’s media players “pull” content plus content rules/parameters from Symon Enterprise Software and then play the content on the screen(s) according to the rules/parameters. These rules/parameters were originally defined within Symon’s Design Studio Software.
