Background

Three years ago a new generation of sophisticated smartphones and a new breed of mobile app store converged with high-speed wireless networks, mobile optimized content, and mobile commerce to create a revolutionary new mobile ecosystem. This new ecosystem has, in the U.S. alone, been adopted by over 100 million people and is being embraced by over a million more each week.

Symon has created InView Mobile^TM to help you take advantage of this new mobile revolution. InView Mobile allows you to create an interactive, location-specific mobile experience and make that experience available to users of iOS and Android smartphones and tablets – all without the need to develop a mobile website or mobile app. InView Mobile Overview

Symon’s InView Mobile solution is composed of three integrated elements:

• A browser-based media studio. InView Mobile Media Studio allows you, as a registered subscriber, to design and build a mobile experience and specify the criteria under which it will be delivered. Its template-oriented approach makes building experiences fast and easy.

• A cloud-based content management system (CMS). The InView Mobile CMS manages the actual distribution of your Media Studio-designed mobile experience. The InView Mobile CMS also tracks and reports on where, when and how often your experience was invoked and used. Best of all, the InView Mobile CMS seamlessly interfaces with Symon's Enterprise Software. This allows you to easily access and distribute real-time information extracted from your enterprise-class systems.

• A smartphone/tablet viewer app. The InView Mobile media viewer is free app on the iTunes and Android app stores. The InView Mobile app interfaces with the InView Mobile CMS to acquire and deliver the experience appropriate to the location or situation in which the app is launched.

InView Mobile Implementations

Symon optimizes the user interface and supporting design templates of the InView Mobile Media Studio to address the unique needs and information requirements of different industries, markets and functions. Examples are as follows:

• InView Mobile for Data:  This design allows users to easily create real-time performance reporting experiences specific to business functions that require management to have anytime, anywhere access to key business metrics. These functions include, but are not limited to, contact centers and logistics operations.

• InView Mobile for Conferences/Events:  This design enables conference organizers to “mobilize” event information for attendees. Organizers can create one set of content for delivery while the attendee is at the event and another set of content for delivery when the attendee is away from the event.

• InView Mobile for Consumers: This configuration allows any consumer-facing business or organization to create a mobile experience specifically designed to inform, incent and influence users of iOS and Android smartphones.

• InView Mobile for Marketing: This design enables any entity to create an experience that conveys promotional offers that can be rapidly adjusted as demand dictates. (More To Be Announced in The Coming Weeks)
